Dfern was the first company I worked for. As a fresh graduate without much experience, I was grateful for the opportunity to join them as a Data Analyst. They offer a hybrid setup, allowing us to work from home and report to the office on announced dates. The on-site work environment is pleasant and comfortable.
The management, employees, and staff are very helpful, approachable, and kind. Feedback is given positively, highlighting areas for improvement constructively.
Overall, I had a great time working at Dfern.

Dfern BPO Solutions was a great company, distinctly for those fresh graduates seeking entry-level positions. A positive working environment that provides an excellent work-life balance to the employees, and offers flexible work arrangements. Furthermore, the team leaders, managers, trainers, and colleagues you work with they’re all amenable and foster you from start to end.
Generally, working here even for a short period was an extensive experience, and this company was highly recommended.
