After relocating and needing a temporary postal solution until we had a new permanent address, we purchased a virtual mailbox at physical address.com for a year. We had researched many different options before deciding to go with physical address.com, and found they not only offered affordable and competitive rates, but also a discount to prepay the year in advance, which we took advantage of doing. We were notified timely of all incoming mail and had absolutely no issues throughout the entire time of our contract. Anytime we had a question we had excellent and reliable customer service. This has to be the worst franchisee in the entire country. We continuously have issues with missing credit cards that have been delivered. The latest screw up there is a prescription that we have proof of delivery on 12/24/24. It never showed online that it was there. It wasn’t until I filed a claim & threatened their corporate offices that the prescription magically appeared. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION
You still suck & can’t be trusted.
You have employees who are either dishonest, i.e. stealing, or incompetent. And, you as the owner, should be ashamed & your franchise taken away from you.
