Overall positive. The resort offers an underutilized business center. The one and two bedroom units are very spacious. Negatives would be the long periods when repairs are not done (“Sorry for the inconvenience.”) and FLBR allows smoking on the balconies making it impossible to enjoy that feature. The staff is typically very helpful.

Visual esthetics are everything. While the property doesn’t look like much on the offset, the room was more than adequate. Definitely needs updated but, hey, it’s vacation and a 650 ft walk to the beach and restaurants.

7 day vacation here and Where to begin. Cockroaches seen twice. The pool and spa was closed and they don’t mention it when check in. We didn’t find out about the pool passes to sister hotel pool’s was available till day 5 from another resident not staff. Doors have a lot of light intrusion and people passing room sounds like they are breaking and entering. The beds are horrible and hard with no give. They squeak with every move and keep you up at night.Good-The rooms are full furniture with a full kitchen to cook and make dinner. Location was perfect and they could really capitalize if they square things away.
