I’ve been working through Des on and off for about two years and I’ve always found decent work. I’d like to single out a certain employee by the name of Selena. Certain times that I was unemployed she would call my phone out the blue asking if I was interested in certain work. And I’d like to thank her for all her work. She helped get my current job and I really love this job. It’s probably my favorite job so far

Horrible company that doesn’t pay you on time. I wish they could manage a task as simple as paying someone on time. 2 weeks in a row i havent gotten paid on time. Its amazing how this company has no remorse or empathy for people they are profiting from. It just goes to show how much we’re valued. So i wouldnt apply here if i was you. Go try aerotek they are pretty good for job selection.

They tend to forget they are a placement center. If you don’t like the job, they pretty much choose if they want to put you somewhere else based on their own unprofessional bias opinion so if you don’t accept that first offer, then they’re very picky on where they want to send you whether you’re qualified or not, they don’t have very good attitudes after that first initial meeting a lot of snotty entitlement. I had a job that I had to temporarily quit for my own reasons, but when I was ready to go back to the job, the job is more than willing to accept me back but DES was like “no we’re not gonna send you back” so I went through another temp agency and when ”they” seen that I was at that job she got upset because I didn’t go through them but it’s not your position to tell me if I can and cannot go to the job as long as they’re willing to accept me
