I applied for an RN position that was posted on Indeed. The recruiters only text, no phone calls. Mid-conversation the recruiter just stopped responding. I have found this to be VERY typical of staffing companies that list jobs that they don’t really have. Normally I simply move on, but have become incredibly frustrated with these fake job listings as applying is a complete waste of my time. Therefore, I confronted the recruiter this time for not responding (24 hours later). A manager then texted with multiple excuses as to why the recruiter was “too busy” to respond. The only thing is that it would have taken a second to send a text back and since this was mid-conversation it was equivalent to placing a phone call on hold and then never returning until confronted 24 hours later. So, there’s no excuse other than the recruiter made a choice that they were done with me because they had nothing to gain by continuing the conversation. Basically I suspect this is yet again another staffing company posting jobs that don’t exist simply to obtain and sell your information. Again, total waste of my time. There clearly were no pediatric home health cases for RNs.

Pharmacist with Dependable for 3+ yrs and can rely on them to provide a professional and helpful approach to getting hrs to work compatible with my skill sets and availability. Get paid always on time, staff is accessible for questions or concerns, always get a call back ASAP .They care about their employees as well as their clients to provide them with quality relief help, will find solutions to challenges. A company with integrity and solid people to navigate a great schedule that fits my situation. Positive experience……very good working for such great people.

So they placed an ad on Indeed looking for several medical assistants, so I sent my Indeed resume along with a cover letter and I have not heard back from them at all. I really need help finding a job because I’ve been out of work for several years due to a long, serious illness, which I no longer have. Obviously I’m not going to put that on my resume so I just say that I’ve been a stay at home mom, which I have been anyway. I have well over a decade of experience in my profession so I surely haven’t forgotten how to do the job. Pretty sad when a temp agency won’t even call you back. What’s the point of this company anyway if they’re not going to help the people who need the most help find employment?
