After being passed from one unhelpful person to another, leaving countless voicemail messages I guess in twilight zone, and now getting ready to send my 3rd email…. I have yet to receive a response. What…why…how…? Is anybody working in the District of Columbia Government Human Resources Department? Is there any level of accountability? Who is in charge? How does a person reach him or her? I had to give at least 1 star to post but since I have yet to receive a response or reply, in actuality…ZERO stars.

Why are DC Government employees being advised in specifics that they can come to 1015 for ID card replacement only to find a completely empty building void of anyone being helped and told that the specific information being sent to report to 1015 as an option is incorrect. Stop wasting resources and time of people by issuing incorrect instructions and then saying that this is “standard”. RIDICULOUS WASTE OF TIME AND GOVERNMENT RESOURCES.

By far one of the WORST DC Government Agencies; particularly their Retirement division. Trying to get a response from people is absolutely futile. I thought working in the District was bad… willfully separating and trying to gain access to funds post separating is worse! The sooner this process is over the better!
