I worked a shift. Never got paid for it. Kept contacting them everyday about it. Guy in office didn’t care and was rude, literally hung up on me. Said the customer didn’t approve my hours on the app but did everybody else. Finally, i used the number i had from that day when I called him to find out where I was supposed to be and asked him to please approve my hours, he said he did that and spoke to them on the phone. Still have not been paid for the day I worked and now they’ve cancelled my job and i’m ineligible to take jobs on the app anymore. This is utterly ridiculous.

My daughter went in and they advised her to show up for a job the following day. She happened to call the next day and was told something completely different so the lady told her to meet her at the office and she was not there. There was no one in the office at all. Finally a gentleman showed up and he was rude, didn’t try to answer the questions, rushing her out the door. Just an extremely unprofessional buisness.

Literally one of the worst places you could work for. Extremely unprofessional and non-communicative. The people in there have no business in their positions. Customer service is terrible. And ever since certain people left it’s been run into the ground. Not to mention the pay is not worth the jobs that they do have. Would not recommend to anybody.
