I LOVE this WeWork. Much better than Munich or Paris, shuch a shame we are moving elsewhere. Very spacious and lots of rooms available. Staff are lovely., including cleaning staff. It is a great place to work and people are very respectful of being quiet. Canteen downstairs has some quality food. Excellent location and a few minutes walking distance to shops. Few great pubs around for after work drinks.

I had a negative experience yesterday with this Wework reception. My card did not work and I called them, they wouldn’t even come down to try and help me, kept wanting to end the call before finding a solution and just said speak to your company, we won’t let you in, I asked for them to check their systems and as if I was bothering them they said OK and couldn’t find my card number in the system. I’ll investigate the issue with my company however WeWork reception lady’s lack of support and and complete refusal to even come downstairs to try find a solution together was a bit shocking, normally I have a positive experience at the Waterloo office where the Community people are a lot more friendly and always try to meet & greet and offer support in person…
