My suggestion is avoid Decisely. Their customer support is non-existent. We were customers of Decisely for a few years and got along ok until there was a problem. Our situation was very similar to Martha D’s experience. When calling the support line the response took 48 hours for a call back, and the person calling back was usually from the answering service. When we started pressing for the status of our insurance enrollment, and suspecting the enrollment didn’t get put through, the case manager stopped answering emails, phone calls nor got back with us. Our employees had no insurance for at least 3 months – without any acknowledgement from Decisely. Once the problem was discovered, there was zero communication from Decisely. we were left without insurance, without support, without any productive communication from the company. For a company that deals with the health and well-being of people’s lives, this was unacceptable. Please proceed with caution if you go with this company.
