I wouldn’t go here, customer service is unqualified and unfit to even be in their positions. They barely do as instructed, act clueless on most questions and don’t even bother with leaving a message on the phone with them, they won’t refer the message back to the people you’re trying to get in contact with. People will constantly be on breaks or on leave you’d be surprised if people actually work at the building. Good luck if you need to contact someone when it’s essential, it’s the equivalent of a tumbleweed in the desert at this place. Service wise, they’re shady at best. If you’re looking for work your best bet is to look yourself, they won’t find you a job until two years later if you’re lucky even then you’re stuck with their on-site job trainers even if you gain employment who are incompetent and uncaring, don’t listen and don’t understand and don’t assist you. Even if you don’t want assistance during employment and you’re a competent worker they’ll force it on you due to contractual clauses they won’t warn you about ahead of time as they sell you snake oil so they can gain you as a client. If you’re stuck with them and unemployed it’s even worse due to forcing their degrading ‘job club’ on you that treats you like a child and teaches you what you already know whilst thinking to yourself “what are you doing exactly to find me work, I look for work, I know how to do cover letters and resumes, don’t preach to me if you won’t provide results.’ Management is unprofessional and staff seem to have a lot of mis-communication issues that haven’t been ironed out for years now. Oh and the best part is this; good luck keeping your case worker once you’re assigned one, they leave and get replaced like clockwork at DSDS due to staff not wanting to even work there anymore so you have to constantly repeat the same information every three months to someone new and hope they aren’t completely clueless in their position. Go somewhere else, don’t get caught up in the systems of absolute unprofessionalism and control here. Find someone better that’ll treat you with respect, do their jobs and be honest and forward with you. Disability or disadvantaged workers deserve far better and should be treated as equals, you will not be treated equal, you’ll be degraded.

Rude, arrogant. They do not help at all. Useless.
