First and foremost I’m not discrediting the company and its success it brings at all for receiving employment. Their reputation and experience working with them to find a suitable position in my current situation has been very disappointing to say the least from my end! I tried working with them twice this yr and last first with Chase Grinde, i provided all the info needed and i was hopeful and respectful on my end with no problems just looking for a fit and he completely ghosted me, and would not help me as he claimed…( mentioned to me to wait a day i did and never reached out again until i mentioned something and just blew me off with no explanation or solutions) this is not cool for especially someone WILLING, WANTING and NEEDING a JOB. I tried again the beginning of this yr and give it another shot thinking maybe it’ll improve with the agents and Checkenlaible was the agent and did the same thing with but never responding. the 2x i called again to the agency they mentioned he’d get back blah blah. The agents i “ worked” with from experience (chase) sound really professional and all but then don’t even help you, i get it your time is “valuable” but so is mine, respectfully. It takes time to send in and update all my documents then not get any assistance or employment as mentioned is just wrong to say the least… i was promised to get employment in my field easily… if you can’t help at least just mention upfront, and that would be way better and professional, COMMUNICATION is key after all the agents are employed and professional, right it’s not like the company needs to be told that ? WHY be rude about it. As mentioned I’m not here to disrespect but this was my experience, i understand there are issues maybe but come on, if you say you can assist and help with work, do it, or say you can’t. (It seems like there’s just a certain quota to receive paperwork ect from clients, and once they receive it they kinda ghost, not sure if it’s the company culture or what) and I’m not the only one from reviews it looks like that experience these similar situations. You can reach out, but only if the intentions are pure, and best of luck on the company’s success.

My rep and my last conversation: Rep: “Lets see if we can get you an interview for tomorrow after 2:00. I will get back to you.” No text, no email and no call back. Next I hear from him is: 2:32 the next day via Voicemail msg: “We are waiting for you in this Zoom Call”. I have never in my professional career been so embarrassed. Gpac on the other hand offers a number to text back, they prep you for interviews and tell you before an interview what they are looking for. Before i sent this review i tried three times to speak with my rep and each time was sent to a general inbox. I didn’t even get a call back after missing the interview.

Left several voicemails. Made stops into the physical location. Keep getting told there’s no jobs available yet there are numerous listings for my city and jobs that I’m interested in. Went through the motions of a background check, drug screen and interview process and was hired but was never contacted about it and position was filled. Not helpful for someone that is willing and wanting to work. As of leaving this review I was contacted by Danielle and told that they aren’t willing to work with me. Trying to say it’s because of other reasons but never gave those reasons or were unwilling to work with me prior to this review.
