Your manager will pretend to care about you, but they don’t. Even though some days I would miss a break/lunch to answer multiple queued calls on my own, I still get fired for browsing reddit while there’s literally nothing for me to do. I was awaiting security clearance, stuck doing password resets and they want me to just stare at a screen doing nothing while waiting for calls I guess. It’s a shame because the NHS employees that I talked to said I’m much nicer than the last guy. Oh well.

Shocking! Sick of trying to call them with no answer after 20 minutes each time (tried 10 times oveer 3 days). Live online chat total waste of time. I am pulling my hair out as my internet is on off on off on off all day long.
