I purchased a Zebra printer from Dash Technologies in August 2024. Around two weeks ago, I raised a complaint regarding an issue with the printer. First, they checked the printer over a video call and then sent a technician. The technician couldn’t understand the problem and took the printer with him, saying it would take about 15 days to repair — which seemed acceptable at that point.
A week later, I called them to ask for an update. I was told that the printer had been serviced and seemed to be working fine. However, they said they would still keep it under observation for one more day just to be sure. After a few days, I called again, and this time I was told that no one could deliver the printer — I would have to come and collect it myself.
After that, they stopped responding to my calls completely. I had to get a number from JustDial and call a different contact. A lady answered and said she would “port” the device but I would have to make the payment. Eventually, they sent the printer to me — but it arrived in terrible condition. The top was full of scratches and marks, like it had been dragged around or handled carelessly.
To make matters worse, the original issue with the printer still exists. Nothing has been fixed, and it seems like no actual repair was done. I’ve been misled and mentally exhausted by this process over the last 20 days. This kind of careless and unprofessional service is completely unacceptable.
I do not recommend Dash Technologies to anyone.
