Wow. Whoever the guy was who answered the phone was pretty rude. He answered obviously in a mood huffing that he had a call. He got sharp with me while inquiring about service in my area. Come to find out, they do not, and thats fine, but as soon as I’m saying “Ok, thank…” (click). The dude just hangs up right after saying “We don’t service there” like I’m a waste of his time. Happy I’m not their customer because service like that isn’t worth a dollar. Maybe get a cup of coffee and try to have a better afternoon sir. Good day.

We first became interested in this company in 2002 when a neighbor told us about him. After moving to our new home and becoming irritated with the only “high speed” service that turned out to be less than promised but still charged as if they were, we contacted Cyberstreet. Their service over the last 12+ years had been amazing. VERY seldom is there down time, and I often get a call either in advance for planned system work, or when there is an unexpected outage, even if I haven’t noticed! Since going off the grid (dropped land line phone and satellite TV service) my bills have done a nose dive. Having local antenna TV stations along with several streaming providers has proven more than enough entertainment. So if you are looking for a reasonably priced and reliable system for your internet service, check them out! I know there are some limited areas for their service, but it is worth checking out!!!!! And just for the record…if you are going to give a company less than a 5 start rating it would be nice to know the basis of your rating.
