HORRIBLE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I went in to take an exam, and parked by the entrance late afternoon and signed in, but was told to move the car inside the garage which I immediately did and went in to take my test. 20 min later the receptionist called the towing company and told me to move my car again which I waso confused because I followed her instructions. So I had to end my exam and run outside but was stopped by the same an angry old lady at the receptionist only to be confronted with her from behind! I said sorry and explained I did what she asked and she further snapped with a obsurd racial comment…I never felt so embarrassed and disgusted. Not acceptable and completely unprofessional. She should be fired and shamed indefinitely! To anyone coming here for testing…dont! Just take your tests elsewhere!

The staff were friendly and professional, creating a positive and supportive environment. The exam room itself was comfortable and equipped with all the necessary technology to ensure a smooth testing experience. The testing process was straightforward, and everything ran on time. I appreciated how calm and peaceful the environment was, as it made a big difference in reducing any pre-exam stress. Just a heads-up, you will need to pay for parking, which costs $7, so make sure to bring cash or have a payment method ready. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to take their ISACA exams. The entire experience was seamless, and I felt well-prepared thanks to the excellent facilities and support.
