Cautionary Experience with Xpheno Private Limited and Tekion:
I would like to share my recent experience with Xpheno Private Limited regarding a hiring process they conducted for a position at Tekion.
Approximately two months ago, I was contacted by Xpheno, who informed me that they were hiring for Tekion. They scheduled a preliminary interview before forwarding my profile to the client for the final round. I successfully cleared this initial round and was then invited to Tekion’s office for a face-to-face interview. I agreed and proceeded accordingly.
Throughout the process, Xpheno frequently followed up, seeking assurance that I would not back out if selected. I assured them of my commitment and clearly communicated that I would not decline the offer.
At Tekion, I was interviewed by two panel members for nearly an hour. After a short wait, I was informed by a Tekion HR representative that I had been selected. Shortly afterward, Xpheno also called to confirm my selection and mentioned that the client had agreed to the CTC I requested. They informed me that the offer letter would be issued the next day.
However, days passed with no communication. When I followed up with Xpheno, I was told that the client had not responded to their emails or calls and that I should wait a few more days. Unfortunately, even after two weeks, there was no update or offer letter.
Based on this experience, I feel compelled to caution others. These types of interactions, especially with smaller staffing firms, can be discouraging and seem to waste valuable time and effort, often without any resolution or transparency.
I encourage job seekers to proceed with caution and ensure clarity at every step of the process when dealing with such agencies.
