I am pleased to share my nonprofit agency’s positive experience with Scion. We are a domestic violence legal services nonprofit in California and Washington State, and we hired Scion to do a national search to replace the founder after 11 years. Scion managed the process and the people efficiently and tactfully. Ex Hopson and Alyssa Randall led the efforts and we ended up with a highly qualified, outstanding candidate from our field who was supported by both the staff and the Board. Ex is extremely responsive and navigated some challenging dynamics within and between the staff and Board effectively. Scion’s focus on nonprofits; diversity, equity and inclusion; staff engagement; and positive experiences for the candidates seem to have set them apart from other recruiting agencies and resulted in a successful search for us.
