I made changes to my benefits during open enrollment. Cushion did not notify my old insurance company of the changes, which caused my claims to be denied by my new insurance company. Then they changed the premium amount by 1 penny and sent me a letter threatening letter to terminate my coverage. I paid the penny. Then they sent my insurance provider an email which resulted in the cancellation of my benefits, despite the fact that I had paid my premiums in full in ADVANCE of the due date. I have spent hours on the phone trying to fix the mess they created.

Cushion actually spends time looking at your industry and workforce and asks lots of questions for where pain points are. THEN they come to the table with a plan, and partner with you. I like that approach better, it’s true consulting.
