The food was decent. Really good salad bar. I had a V.A.lT. Good flavor but the bread the bread wasn’t very fresh. My little one had the pbj, again good flavor just not fresh bread. The clerk in the shop wasn’t rude but wasn’t very friendly either. It was like someone woke him up from
The dead and made him come to work. I’ll still go back because I like the variety and vegetarian/ vegan options.

Two to 2.5 stars. Natural Groceries on University is much better in terms of quality, cleanliness, selection, knowledgeable & friendly staffing, and cost.
Staff at the cupboard seem uninterested, the place doesn’t seem very clean, and the prices are higher for no apparent reason.

I love the salad bar at this place… for less than $10 you can get an unlimited salad and soup. They’ve usually got 4-5 soups to pick from, so I can almost always find one that I enjoy. Since I’ve been trying to really change my diet to eat real food that grows from the earth, this is now one of my favorite places to eat. One of the truly healthy eating options in Denton.
