At great place to work at Codiant. Definitely one of the best company for UI designer there’s always something new to learn, be it new Technologies, or something else to improve yourself. The Designer team are very warm and supportive, making it a fun and friendly atmosphere to work in.

The company has really great environment and the managers are really understanding. It’s a growth driven company and I learned so much as the projects came and went .Everybody is really friendly and focused. There are multiple cross functional teams which makes the division of work easy and increases responsibility. My decisions were taken into consideration even though I am an entry level employee.

The culture is by far the greatest asset of Codiant. They truly care about us (employees). It’s really relaxed and calm environment. I don’t feel dread coming into work on Monday mornings(HAHA), the managers are extremely patient and co-operative.
