Started out good. After two years of working my butt off for them and also I was told in the beginning if you do a good job even though it’s contract work, they would keep you working. That was a lie. Was laid off several times long periods of time. Last project laid off seven weeks earlier than we were told. Wasn’t eligible for the bonus because I was told that. They checked my work with Q&A and I made a lot of mistakes which was a lie. Your work is checked throughout the project. If you make mistakes, you’re told then. Management is horrible. Training is horrendous. Then they bounce you around from project to project. They’re Expectations of what you should do on a project is unbelievable an unreal. Even leads agreed with that. Stay as far away from this company as you can.

Would give these guys zero stars if I can. Was contacted by Joey James and I was supposed to be presented and interview for an IT role. I gave over my resume to the recruiter and followed up regularly waiting for an interview that never came. After about 2 weeks of trying to follow up he tells me that the client had final round interviews with candidates and that he’ll follow up if he has anything else come up. Perfect example of how recruiters don’t advocate for people and only look out for their commission!

Have been working here for 3 and a half years. I haven’t known my contact person for a year and a half of that time. Now I really need to speak to someone and NO ONE will call back. I have been leaving VMs with multiple departments over the past few months and have never received a call back. It’s a great company until you need someone. And they have the nerve to say “client and talent satisfaction is at the heart of our company”.
