My first impression was more than positive. Competent, friendly advice that not only “handles the business” but also recognizes people as such with all their needs and wishes. This talent probably lies with Mr. Schernthaner, who provided help and advice with his know-how. We were able to come to an agreement relatively quickly and create a common plan for what to do next.
