My experience with Karissa was by far the BEST experience I have had with a recruiter. She was very professional from the initial communication down to the final phase of the process. I appreciated the personal interest and support she provided. She went above and beyond and even advocated for me.
Prior to my interview she provided the resources needed to ensure that I was prepared and was so encouraging. Then, on interview day, she made an effort to send a positive message of encouragement! When speaking with Karissa, I felt comfortable expressing my thoughts and concerns. I have NEVER worked with an attentive and thoughtful recruiter like Karissa before.
Well, it doesn’t stop there! Her follow-up was impressive! Not only after the interview, but she personally scheduled a one week follow-up to provide an update and to make it known that she had not forgotten.
