We hired Crew Staffing to help us with an event for our company and clients – I am the owner of a boutique PR and marketing agency. Crew’s staff arrived on time and were professional. Each server was sharply dressed and their attention to detail is unmatched by any other staffing company I’ve hired. We received tons of compliments on the event and the service – I would recommend them to our friends and will continue to use their services in the future.

I used them to staff a high end event at my hotel. I asked for a list of names of staff attending which ended up not being the names of the staff that arrived. I was expecting a high level of staff for which they charged for. In return, I received college kids, some that had never worked for Crew Staffing or had not been trained on service outside local restaruants. The staff was not accustom to carrying trays. One of the waiters dropped a whole tray of wine – another almost dropped a tray of 5 plates that one of our regulars quickly reacted to. I would not recommend this company for anything outside restaurant waiting. No experience at high end events with some of the cities reknown socialites. Learn my lesson and look elsewhere. PS, After I voiced my Dissatisfaction – they would not even offer an apology. That’s another lesson they need to learn in the hospitality field.
