I’ve been with CC Locums since summer of 2023. My recruiter Kaneka Burns is very attentive and responsive. I would recommend.

All of my experiences have been positive! I think my recruiter Brittany Contreras is the best of the best. I’ve been placed in a superb psychiatry position and can’t be happier with the accommodations, pay, and work. 10/10 recommended this agency and recruiter.

As a provider I cannot stress enough how much you should avoid working for this agency. I’m a CT and vascular surgery PA-C, and I’ve worked with two other locum tenens agencies and was in negotiations with others. This company is by far the most unprofessional, disorganized and incompetent of any of them, and of any company for which I’ve ever worked. To itemize all of the issues I’ve had with them would take pages, so I’ll just list a few: 1) They don’t cover lodging and transportation costs, unlike every other locum agency. I was told they only provide “one or the other.” 2) I opted for lodging, but one day before my assignment was to start, they still hadn’t secured it, forcing me to book my own hotel room and get reimbursed later, which of course came with its own issues. The original contract they sent me also did not even include language stating that lodging would be covered, and it took several days for them to send another. 3) EVERY SINGLE ONE of my paychecks was inaccurate, and always to my detriment, and then took several days to a week to correct and receive what I was due. There was always a different excuse. It got to the point that I thought they were doing this intentionally and hoping I wouldn’t notice. 4) I had to repeatedly request to get a pay stub. I didn’t get my first one until two weeks after I was paid, and they still haven’t provided one for my last paycheck. My recruiter/handler is no longer responding to my texts or emails. Update: since posting this, my recruiter’s manager and another associate who briefly worked with me contacted me and apologized for all of the issues I’d had, and listened in detail to them. They assured me that I would be receiving the outstanding amount that I was owed, and explained that my recruiter was new and should have sought guidance rather than plunge ahead blindly and ignore my concerns when she didn’t have an answer. They also said she is no longer with the company. That was never my intent, as I was not aware that she was responsible for most if not all of the issues, but I would feel more comfortable working with them again knowing what they told me, so I changed my rating from a 1 to a 3.
