I come to present my defense with all the staff of this place.
I bought some sandals for my daughter, she wears them, when we leave the store, I realize that they are too small for her.
I contact the store asking for the exchange for a larger size or for a refund. They replied that there is no more size and they cannot get them but that the return can be made anyway.
I approached the store, with the Mail chain and they did not want to take responsibility, nor did they want to return the money. The product is in optimal condition, it does not have a single posture because we took them out.
a shame
I don’t buy more from this brand, much less from this store.

Very good attention from the saleswomen.
Good variety.
Good price.
They would need to enable another box to collect, since being in the morning and with few buyers, it took a long time.
But it is just a detail of optimizing the user experience, nothing serious in itself.
