Crew Force is a very good company to start your career in telecommunications or electrical field. I do highly recommend Jery Almonte or Justin Sweet as your recruiter. Both recruiters are very proficient and understanding when it comes to their clients needs. Justin Sweet has gotten me many jobs in the low-voltage field which give me the skills to terminate patch panels, security panels, fire alarms, Install security cameras, access points, bending EMT pipe along with running Cat 6a and coaxial cable. Jery Almonte never misses a phone call, provides reference letters, and always keeps your reports in file. If you have been working for Crewforce and one of the companies they send you out to wants to hire you, Jery Almonte is that recruiter who keeps all your good reports in file and will put it all together in order for you to obtain your next job. Both recruiters are awesome and I suggest you recommend one of them if your looking to start your career in Crewforce. Crewforce is the worst company to work for. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are unprofessional, and Kim would do anything in her power to get you blacklisted. They play games and lie. Their workers are underpaid. Do not work for these people, especially Kim, as a recruiter.

Crewforce changed my life. For good. For the best to be honest. I’ve had my fair share of ups and downs with the data business in my time outside of there but every since I began working with Crewforce I never was just stuck in a tough spot. Katie was always making sure things were going well for me and made sure I had a place to work and get my bills taken care of at the end of the month.
