In these difficult times I have utilized the services of two practitioners at Sokya health and have had positive interactions with both. It was also easy to schedule, to get information when needed, and to contact them in general. Everyone has been professional, helpful and easy to work with. I was also impressed with the detail of the forms they had me complete prior to my first appointments, so the practitioners could be as informed as possible. Over 25 years I have interacted with many clinics and individuals, and would recommend this clinic.

3.11.22: Update: An employee reached out to me via phone to let me know they saw this review and have updated their policy. They identified removing that clause from paperwork and apologized for the experience. They offered to work with me if I was still seeking services. I have not reached back out just due to being busy. I really apricated the call and the polite, kind words in the voicemail. I have added 2 stars to my original review based on the care shown. I never would have expected a change as every company is free to make its own policies and work to protect it self. So the change was a pleasant surprise This is for the Washington Location: I have been on a 10 month search for services and not been able to access the care I need. Either clinician’s are full or don’t have the training in the thing I need support with. I was so excited to find this location and a place that had a clinician who had experience with my two concerns. When reading though the intake paperwork I noticed a clause that requires I decline the right to pursue legal action and am limited to arbitration only. I doubt I would ever need to go that far, and never have with any place I have received services. I was not willing to agree to this clause based on my trauma experiences. So, in the end was not able to work with them. I have never seen a clause like this in intake paperwork and wish they would consider how this policy is a barrier to care and not consistent with trauma informed care.

I have had the most amazing service from my therapists and psychiatrists! I am 66 yrs old and have suffered from so many issues. I have seen 8 psychiatrists or therapists who did nothing for me including CARE! Achieve cares! Best is san diego!!
