I am writing to address the recent concerns brought to our attention regarding Mr. Sahil Jangra’s claim of being forcefully sent to an Iranian ship and Mr. Nitesh Sharma’s payment of 6.5 lakhs for joining an ITF company through Credence Crewing Services.
First and foremost, I would like to clarify that Credence Crewing Services currently does not have any official ties or affiliations with ITF companies. Therefore, any claims related to such associations are not accurate.
In the case of Mr. Sahil Jangra, we kindly request him to provide us with his contract letter, RPSL letter, Form 1, and any relevant documentation that can shed light on the situation. We take such matters seriously and are committed to ensuring that seafarers’ rights and well-being are upheld.
Regarding Mr. Nitesh Sharma’s payment, we request him to share the payment screenshots along with any email correspondence he has received from our company. This will allow us to thoroughly investigate the matter and address his concerns promptly.
At Credence Crewing Services, we are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, transparency, and integrity in our operations. We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them in a fair and timely manner.
We appreciate your cooperation in providing the necessary documentation to help us investigate and address these issues effectively. Please feel free to reach out to our customer support team for further assistance.
Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention, and we look forward to a resolution that satisfies all parties involved.
Best regards,
Akanksha
