I am definitely in agreement with the other reviews. I have worked for many companies and this by far has been the most disorganized, dysfunctional , and unprofessional company. There should be several EEOC compliments, as well as, lawsuits pending against M.A.I & C.B.I. There is a issue when a company is unable to keep their experienced skilled salaried associates (i.e. Supervisors, Quality Managers, Operations Leaders, Engineers, IT professionals or a qualified trained degreed Human Resources professionals. (I was told upon my arrival to the plant I was the # 7 or 8 HR rep and I was not going to last – should have listened to the warnings) This company knowingly allows their supervisor’s to disrespect associates and expects the associates to just ignore the issues. There way of addressing a valid compliment is to do NOTHING (no investigations) just keep sweeping all the issues under the rug). If you need a paycheck then apply (they will definitely call you and hire you immediately) but KEEP looking for your career – there are so many other companies in the Talladega, Pell City, Anniston, & Lincoln area that will yield a better employment experience. These companies (i.e. CBI (Creative Business Innovations)- G.S.A. (Gulf Shore Assemblies) could be great if they had the right people in the right positions directing the company in the right direction toward growth — too MANY EGOs and people that want to impress the owners and could care less about the folks on the line producing the parts! -Based on my experience at the Talladega & Lincoln plants — If you know someone that works at either plant – ASK about their experience!
