Totally disappointed after my order and when I came back home and read the allergens list.
So I asked at the counter tht hot chocolate fudge cake is eggfree, first of all guy at the counter did not have any idea about the menu , price or table numbers . Okay I do understand may be new person working there . And then he asked girl whether this hot chocolate fudge contains egg, she said all our cakes doesn’t contain egg.
And i believed them and took it bcos before that I asked them if they have any vegan cake, they said our eggs doesn’t contain egg.
Aftr coming back home I read allergens pdf all cakes contained eggs.
U disappointed me , first of all no proper training given to people who are working. Totally unprofessional.

Party of 5, ordered 5 icecreams. Bad customer service. Two cookie dough and no cookie dough in the icecream. When I asked if I got the correct order I was met with “they don’t put much dough in the icecream”. So now it’s just vanilla icecream. If I knew that I would have ordered something else. The display showed lots of dough. Do not recommend this place at all.

Would not recommend this Creams location at all! We visited as a group of four on 17/05 as when we arrived we were not greeted or acknowledged by the staff. We walked around to find an empty table. There were only 2-3 tables occupied at the time, the rest were full of dirty dishes and messy! We managed to find one and sat down and then had to go find our own menus. Ordered 3 items at the till and even though they were not busy and we had a simple order, they all came out at different times! My family had already finished their desserts by the time my cookie dough came, all dishes should be given to the table at the same time. Then the staff had run out of clean cutlery and were washing as they were going and even put my ice cream in a plastic tub on my plate! Instead of the 3 staff members standing around talking do you not think they should be on top of these things before a busy evening shift starts? Cookie dough and the doughnut also tasted cheap and not appetising at all.
