Recently dealt with Mark for a potential graduate engineering role where I got an interview and got offered the job, which I turned down. Very swift service but that was the only good thing about this company. Very hard to talk to on the phone, almost to the point of it being rude and when i turned down the job in the end, it seemed to be taken personally with some very snide comments being sent back in return. Also did not seem interested in working to get terms that I, the client would be happy with I.e wages. Has put me off recruitment agencies full stop. May work for someone just wanting to get into a job to build experience but not for me.
