As someone wrote, “we talked as if we were colleagues”. Perhaps it’s an idea to cover up the lack of competence. After the initial conversation, the guy calls the agency because he doesn’t know the answers to basic questions, he doesn’t even know what a workplace is, and so on … He calls me back, literally going on a monologue, says that he will call me on Tuesday or Wednesday (of the next week) and that “I’m even writing it down in my calendar.” The head talks all the time, can’t come to a word, and finally says “goodbye”. Of course, the pet didn’t call. I don’t recommend it, to put it mildly.

The bottom of the bottom. The gentleman from the hotline in Poznań, who dropped my calls for several hours, then released the arrow. When I called back, he boasted in a lazy and dismissive voice that he had “called me back” and only informed me about his ego and that he was asking questions because he was a recruiter with many years of experience and if I had questions about the job, I should read the advertisement because he had no knowledge in this area. He also said that he does not guarantee me a job after completing the training, because he has a big problem understanding Indians, Greeks, etc. when they speak English, so I will definitely have a problem with it too! He didn’t ask about my experience and wasn’t interested in talking. He said he didn’t understand me. He asked, “probably reading from a piece of paper,” a question in English about my last job. He said he didn’t see any vacancies and the advertisement was outdated. When I started asking questions because I was interested in the job, he said that the conversation was not going in the direction he wanted and hung up. In general, he tried to convince me of his lack of experience and knowledge, his complexes, his inability to talk on the phone or any conversation, and he hung up on me in a completely unprofessional manner.

I rarely do this (evaluate) but here I can honestly recommend it with a clear conscience and hand on heart. I had the pleasure of working with the above company twice (I was served by two different people) and I was always 200% satisfied. Understanding of needs, competence, efficiency of action and, above all, exemplary communication. The people they recruited for me work in my company to this day and I am very satisfied. Great job – I recommend it. 5!
