My visa extension was a very complicated one and I was very stressed with it. I contacted several agents but was not happy with their attitudes and limited information on day 1 over the phone. I contacted Nathan and explained my situation and his friendly manner made me feel comfortable to work with him. His process was detailed, very transparent and straightforward from the begining to the end. He is professional, responsive and gave me information to all the questions I had at every stage of the process. Having Nathan as my visa agent made the process a lot less stressful and complicated. I owe him for his amazing customer service for my visa confirmation which I received through a smooth process to continue my higher education in Australia.
