This store is always understaffed and difficult to work with. On a Sunday when it would definitely busy they only have 1 guy working. Additionally their self serve Amazon kiosk is broken. Approx 9 ppl in line before I got there. Had to wait at least 25 minutes if not more to do a 5 second return. Additionally their staff helped people who came in after me and did not ask them to wait in line and serve customers in order.

Ryan was very patient with my Amazon returns earlier today during the power issue. Patient, kind, friendly, and interactive with other children nearby, and assisting many customers all at once. Very friendly staff. My new favorite UPS store and will definitely use in the future. Thank you!!!
