Very targeted at the German public, no hotel offered west of the Rhine… useless voucher if Latin charm hotels are what you’re looking for.

The hotel I lived in was good. But Connex service in general can be much better. I had bad experiences with regard to sending requests to hotels & getting response after a week saying the hotel is unavailable. So I couldn’t plan my holidays well in advance as Connex let’s you book a hotel only 5 weeks ahead of your stay.

They make offers with useless vouchers that promises certain services that afterwards are not included such hotel services. Paid for a weekend holiday, a voucher of 110 euro was included for restaurant and hotel services and then hotel services were not covered by the voucher. Ended up paying more than the hotel package itself. Pretty much a scam as per my experience. Why I would want a 110euro voucher only for food (2 days 2 people, breakfast was in the price). Stay away.
