Owner is a burnout stoner! The COO told me that after about a week of working there. No organization in the company. They want to hire you and not train you and just want you to magically do your job. If you work for them they want you not to work there but live the job. They want you to be on call 24/7 they want you have a take pride in your job feeling with absolutely no compensation for it. This place is horrible to work for everyone there is miserable unless your friends with the burnout stoner owner.

Been working with CDS for almost 15 years. The staff here work hard to get things done. They never see failure, only challenges to take them to a greater level of awesomeness. Their team is also comprised of several talented individuals that strive to promote safety, reliability and customer satisfaction. Sure wish I worked for this family!
