Submitted applications for 4 roles 3 of which I matched the specification perfectly. Over 3 weeks I’ve tried to call and left messages on 20 occasions and not one response. As a recruiter with 8 years experience myself I’m genuinely shocked at how bad their service is. We’ve all been there when you’ve been inundated with CV’s but you at least reply to those actively chasing for feedback. It’s companies like this that give recruiters and recruitment companies a bad name.

Poor consultancy. I have seen a role advertised by Ben. Due to the nature of the role being internal recruitment and me not wishing to have my details plastered over a job board. I attempted to contact Ben to discuss it further, over the course of 8 days I have failed every single time to get to him. Which is odd for a consultant sat on a role outside of his usual remit. Each of these occasions I have been assured a call back, my name and number have been taken down every time with the guarantee it will be different and they’ll “personally ensure” the follow up call. Some of the receptionists (call handlers) are polite enough and seem to just be doing a job. Some are unfortunately not good enough, they couldn’t transfer a call through. Embarrassed at mashing different numbers into the phone they apologised and hung up. This right here is why our industry has a terrible reputation. Shocking service from Ben.
