Went in within the last few months and was told I would be getting a call back with an opportunity I was given after filling out paperwork. I was told an agent out of the Tampa location named Alicia would be calling me back. Never heard from her so I called a few times and left messages with other staff since I can never get in touch with her. When I do get transferred to Alicia’s voicemail it doesn’t do anything after she talks so you never know if the voicemail is recording or if there was a mess up. I don’t understand how a company like this can be in business still with all the other people having the same exact issues happening to them. Wished I would of read these reviews before I went in a 2-3 months ago. It was a waste of time and such a runaround. How can someone be so busy that they never answer calls or return them………. all the time.

This company is a total joke. I was contacted by them about a position that they were trying to fill. I was working at the time and unavailable to interview until I finished work. If I took time off work, I would loose wages, which I just could not afford. The representative who was contacting me is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of via telephone. She never answers her phone, ever. I spoke with her one day, told her a time I would call and she claimed she would be waiting for my call. I called her at the time I indicated, and as usual she never answered the telephone. I left a voice mail. I expected a call back shortly thereafter, since she was suppose to be waiting on my call, never received any calls back. Then once I arrived home, I saw her email basically calling me a liar. Stating that I never called, and that she was waiting on my call. I emailed her back and told her exactly what time I had called and that I had left a voice mail. I never received any reply back from her. Finally a couple of days go by and I receive a phone call from her at 3 PM in the afternoon. I am not allowed to answer the calls while I am working, so when I got off work, I called and their office was already closed. I get home and find another email from her wanting to know if I was still interested in the position. This was on a Friday. I email back and told her yes I was still interested, could she please set up an interview for Tuesday. I never receive a call or email. Tried calling her several times and her phone would immediately go to voice mail. Finally I called the main number, told the girl on the phone the whole story. She transferred me to a lady by the name of Patricia. I explained to Patricia what had been transpiring with all of the telephone calls never being answered etc. I was told the individual was not in on Monday. Patricia was suppose to contact her client and let me know if the position with their client was still available. I have not heard anything. It is now Thursday. I called the original girl again, still never answers her phone. I finally called their main number again for a gentleman to answer the phone by the name of MEL. Mel was so rude and unprofessional. I explained briefly what had been happening and that I was still waiting for some kind of contact either by Annette Harte or Patricia to let me know whether or not their client was still looking for someone. Mel’s exact words to me were, “Well what do you want me to do about it”. I was so turned off by the lack of professionalism that I basically told him that he is extremely unprofessional as well as the others who work for ConstructCorps and I no longer wanted or needed their help. This company is located in Tampa, Florida. Very unprofessional group of people who do not return phone calls, do not reply to emails and just leave you hanging. I WILL NOT and DO NOT recommend them as an agency to work with. They just leave you hanging wondering if you are going to get an interview or what. I will just continue working with the agencies that I know of that have great reputations. I feel sorry for any client of Construct Corps, also known as Construct Buddy.

Discriminatory place! My husband applied for this company in June. He speak english but he isThis not fluent in english, but he has over 25 years experience in HVAC. They told him that he does not qualify to work with them!! Really!!!! This is a joke!!! This is a kind of job that you make things with your hand, brain and talent!! He got a good score on the test!! It is not a seller position
