Overall, my experience with Connect Search was positive—they were responsive, professional, and helped me navigate opportunities clearly.

Working with Connect Search has been the best recruiting experience I have had in many years. Update: Gave them a second chance to make it right and surprise, surprise they pulled the same thing again. At least their recruiters are consistent in their unprofessionalism.
Avoid at all costs. They are the epitome of bad staffing firms and recruiters. Someone reached out to me on LinkedIn about a role. We had a good conversation over the phone, and I was promised that information on a few roles would be sent over. I followed up a couple of times but was ghosted. A few weeks later, I decided to reach out just to make sure the person was actually a legitimate employee of Connect Search. I was put through to that person right away. They once again promised to send over a number of openings, and… crickets. Just a comically unprofessional company.
