I had an immediate unplanned need for 24/7 care for my mom. Susan M. an RN came on a Sunday to my house for the intake. She was so thorough. My mother had chest congestion and was frail. She gave her a COVID and Susan had great knowledge of the surrounding urgent care facilities. We thought we would need night time only coverage but a curve ball was thrown my way and we ended up needing daytime too. Susan got me through the week! I had the same two aides all week and they were just as kind and helpful as they could be. I would always recommend this company.

When I found out there were no beds available at the hospital after my surgery I started looking for a nurse to be with me the first 24 hours at home.
My insurance wouldn’t cover it. In fact, it seemed most home care only seemed to take Medicare.
Finally at last minute, we found Care Connections at home. Full time nursing was still out of the question but they worked with me, had someone meet me at home the night I was released, stay until I was settled and came back first thing in the morning! And Nurse Sue was as professional and skilled as she was nice and comforting! I’m sure this is a reason my healing went so well!
It was like Home Care Plus! All the services of home health care with love and understanding!

I would highly recommend Care Connections. The care my mother received over a 8 week time period was excellent. All of the staff are highly competent, professional, and extremely positive. Without them my mom would have ended back in the hospital. My mother can be difficult to deal with at times due to all her health conditions. Care connections management, staff, and support services responded quickly to any problems. Thank you for ALL the exceptional care!!!
