How Rude Natasha literally walked away in the middle of helping me without a word When she returned a half hour later from which I can only assume was a coffee cigarette break, she looked puzzled that I was still there. They act like they’re doing you a favor by helping you like it’s not their job the epitome of government bureaucracy Runamuck. I’m sorry I’m a white straight male that needs some help

I don’t know how this place only has 4 stars. Everyone here us kind and Everyone asked if I was being helped. Front office lady helped me with organizing and making copies. If there were any improvements to be made, I wouldn’t know what they are! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable people.
