This company puts profits before people. They create non-competes with Physicians that they cannot get out of for two years. If the Physician gets a job offer from a facility for 800,000 and if CompHealth has their CV processed through there other company Locumsmart, that Physician is screwed and will have to take whatever salary CompHealth gives them. It is such a shame. NALTO is a joke.

Scott Beck is real. CEO, and in charge. Legitimate father, philanthropist, and down-to-earth dude.
Company has many challenges, internally speaking, yet, I am proud to be part of his team.
Love my teammates too. For the most part.
The issues I could share are too far 1st world to overcome any of that which has already been stated.
Wish former employers had known how to balance a need for profit/growth with a altruistic mission of human empathy; simply makes the agony of modern business bearable.
