I have worked here for 1 year and below are the Pros/Cons I’ve encountered so far.
Pros: Growth and Mentorship. The leadership team here does not give up on their employees, but rather continuously encourages and offers guidance. There’s no hand holding, but rather authentic encouragement and leadership.
Cons: The job can be difficult sometimes. But if recruiting was easy, then everyone would do it.
I truly enjoy working here. The team and the culture Rich and Anna have built has been phenomenal. Looking forward to more.

This company is untrustable and unreliable. They were helping me to find a job as a data analyst at Honda and I passed all interviews. After one week I signed the offer, this company canceled my offer without any reason.
The people there seem like nice people but they are very unprofessional. I think two of the main reasons are: 1. this company is very small. 2. the people work there don’t have a lot of experience or education.
