Tino provided care for my parents for about three months. He built an excellent rapport with them. They were particularly impressed with his medical understanding which they found reassuring.
He communicated well with all of our family and we would definitely recommend him.

I cannot thank Tino and his team enough for the care and patience they have shown both my father and mother. Tino has done an incredible job forming a relationship with my father who was very resistant to any form of help initially. Although Tino and his team have been assigned to provide fast track care for my father, they have also helped with caring for my mother who has dementia. She loves their visits and enjoys a good laugh with Tino and the lady carers. In addition, the kindness and support Tino has shown me has been invaluable during what is a very complicated and stressful time, they really do go above and beyond.
