CNS is a great place to work! They value your input/feedback because they are always looking for ways to improve their process/service. When they say customer focused, they mean it! They have a friendly personalized touch, you won’t feel like you’re just a number. At CNS you are valued!

Amazing management and support staff! One of the best companies I’ve worked for!

I’ve been a contracted employee for over four years now, and I’ve worked with a few different companies. I would like to say that the level of professionalism and honesty is non-existent, and that starts from when the offer of employment is extended from the owner of the company. I dealt with absolutely no communication while waiting for the five week government background check unless I personally initiated a request to for an update, having to request the on boarding paperwork myself to get reimbursed for the gas mileage for the 330 mile trip to Richfield, UT to get the government I.D., which was a personal nightmare. Having direct deposit issues on my first paycheck even though I gave the correct information via email correspondence with attached voided checks a month and a half before my first paycheck date ever come to fruition, it was their fault, but they couldn’t even admit to it until I got my bank which is there bank and my other bank which had the issue to tell them it was their fault due to an error of someone missing a digit in my account number. Then getting a phone call from the owner of the company telling me that she didn’t approve of my Linkden account because it wasn’t worded properly. It’s called, 1st Amendment Rights. The owner and her entire staff is condescending in the way they speak to you, what they promise you they can not live up to, they are incompetent at best and they demand respect, when they first must earn it, and they couldn’t even earn my appreciation for anything due to insincerity and their lack of communication and being able to resemble what an employer should be.
