Jovie is such a life-saver any time we are in a pinch for back-up childcare. We had Shania take care of our 3 year old daughter and she was amazing with her! She arrived on time, was so attentive and patient, and made sure all her needs were taken care of. We’ve used other providers before for similar services, and Jovie is absolutely the best at what they do, can’t recommend enough!

We’ve always had lovely experiences when using Jovie for last minute child care for my daughter (who is now 18 months). They are always on time and reach out at least one day in advance to introduce themselves and make sure that expectations are correct on both end. Would recommend and will continue to use!

We had an incredible experience with Verena as a sitter for our boys. She was prompt, detailed, and made our kids feel immediately excited about spending the day with her! She was adaptable and willing to follow our schedule and spent time taking our kids to the park, building legos, and reading books! She communicated with me and I was impressed with her engagement. Look forward to working with her again!
