We were in town for a wedding and we were paired with Susan. We could not have asked for a better experience. Susan was a kind and empathetic spirit, our son loved her the moment she walked in. She helped us out in the hubbub of trying to get out the door and knew just what to do to keep our kiddo calm and happy. Cannot recommend enough!

Not reliable in Peoria IL at all, for the families or the employees. My fiancé worked for them and had a horrible time. Apparently there is just one scheduler, so postings that were requested months in advance weren’t filled until the last minute. My fiancé got less than 24 hours notice for postings a few times, once when the posting was for early in the morning and they were notified after midnight just a few hours before. They once asked for a single day off three weeks in advance and got lectured for it, even though they only needed to give two weeks advance notice and another employee who made the same request didn’t get scolded at all. The quality of how you’re treated there is dependent on whether or not the petty people in charge like you, and my fiancé was unfortunately treated horribly even though they were easily one of the best, most qualified workers they had. Inter-departmental communication is a joke. My fiancé wasn’t even given contact info for anyone outside of scheduling until they specifically asked for it. When they would complain about anything, the issues would get skirted around, explained away, or even blamed on other people, but never resolved. I don’t recommend them to work for or hire. Save yourself the headache.

Perfect solutions for working parents. We have used them for the last 3 years and it’s been like having an extended family looking out for us.
