I could not love this company anymore and would recommend it to ALL SLPs, PTs, OTs and Psychologists looking to work in a school setting! I love the personable, friendly, small company feel that CPTS maintains despite it’s growing size. I really appreciated the effort they put into sending gifts and holiday cards. I loved the opportunities that CPTS provided to share resources and materials (using Cobb Connects) and to participate in webinars for CEU credit.

Terrible experience. I am just out of school starting my CF year. I was told I would be provided with a lot of support. I only saw my mentor once. I also found out after the fact that CPTS was undercutting me in the rate. They were basically billing the school at a very high rate and paying me little. I was also promised a bonus check. I only received half of my bonus check. CPTS was also very deceitful when placing me in a position. They told me I would have a job in one school yet I ended up in another location. I caught my recruiter in a lie several times about my benefits and hourly rate. The insurance at CPTS is very bad. They also acted like they didn’t care whether I worked for them or not the following school year. CPTS is a perfect example of a of shady company only seeking profits for themselves and not looking out for the success of the SLP

CPTS was there when I needed them but trusted me and left me alone, as a professional, to do my job. (i.e. did not micromanage). The staff members at Pathways genuinely care about the students there.
