Never experienced such poor behavior from any sales team/store so far anywhere,
Sony specific person Mr. Arman was full on attitude with condescending behaviour and has no patience to answer even genuine queries and answered very lethargic and impatiently throughout the sales cycle and kept on boasting some nonsense which didn’t make sense whatsoever, Sony being a strong customer focused brand never expected such poor behavior from your partner stores. sony india if you are seeing this review you need to act on this.
Today was my second visit to the store and on first visit, i couldn’t make card payment due to increase in initial quote due to card surcharges, so added beneficiary to account and made a second visit today to pickup items worth couple of l’s and overall experience was terrible.
Eventually meet the boss of this store and demanded why these staffs have little or no interest and condescending in answering queries on the product, he assured of corrective actions, boss man being such an nice person made me to go ahead with my purchase, My overall experience with suresh, Rahul and faiyaz was very good though.

I recently bought a Sigma lens from Foto-circle Bangalore and had a great experience. The staff was knowledgeable. The lens arrived on time via courier, securely packed with great care to ensure no damage. The product quality is excellent, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend this shop for any photography gears and other equipments.

Very bad experience. Staffs are poorly trained and they dont even respond professionally to customers. They will not let you know about the original price of the product during phone calls, they will just say a lesser amount which will be lower compared to other stores to lure the customers. Once you reach the shop they will say we dont know who gave the quotation on the call and give us a higher rate card. They do have a nice product’s pricing strategy, so please be careful. If you are gonna buy anything from here, please do check other showrooms and the online platforms before buying it. Unfair price compared to other showrooms and they are also making us to wait for a long time. Its better to avoid this shop at any cost.
